Wide Bay Motor Bodies is a specialized motor body builder (four wheel drive conversion) located in Hervey Bay, Queensland. We have been in the motor body industry for 27 years and have been building custom dualcab and extracab conversions for the past twelve years.

Although we specialize in the dualcab/extracab conversion, we are regularly modifying and customizing a wide range of vehicles to suit many applications; from the avid camper or tradesmen / builder to perhaps a great tow vehicle or even something for the serious offroad enthusiast who needs more space.

Conversions are available for a wide range of vehicles including, landcruiser, patrol, discovery, suburban, prado and many others. We offer a fully personalized service that will build or modify your vehicle to suit your needs. As well as our body and chassis modifications we manufacture custom canopies in either steel, aluminum or canvas/pvc, steel or aluminum tray bodies, comp style tray bodies and winch bars and a wide range of accessories and options to dress up your new conversion or prepare for the rough stuff.
